There was about a 50/50 selection of vegetarian vs omnivore foods. There was also a station where dosa were made to order - nice touch. This is definitely a place you can go casually or bring a date. It's fancy yet not fancy at the same time. The food is really good; it definitely has more of a southern Indian vibe. The buffet as well as the restaurant is always clean and both gentlemen who run it are always incredibly friendly. I stopped by so many times in the last month that they recognize me now. Everything from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the incredibly attentive and friendly staff made for a perfect evening. And the food? Simply spectacular! We tried a variety of dishes, including the Paneer Labbabdar and each one was delicious, beautifully presented, and tasted incredibly fresh. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and put real care into their cooking. Portions were generous, and the flavors were just divine. Easily one of the best Indian meals I've ever had.
